To be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure that you return the merchandise back to our showroom within 15 days of shipping. Items must be unworn, have tags still attached, and original packaging intact including any gift boxes and, or certificates of authenticity which were included.

Returned merchandise needs to be inspected upon receiving. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. We will request a refund with our card processor once the inspection of the jewelry is cleared. Please note, if our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return.
