You can return or exchange items purchased directly with RUBYS FINE JEWELRY up to 15 days after the shipping (30 days international). If RUBYS FINE JEWELRY is at fault for ANY order errors, we cover the cost of everything to make it right. We stand behind our product, but more importantly, we stand behind our customers. If your item becomes damaged (excluding customer abuse) within 60 days of purchasing, you can send it back and we will have it repaired.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, make sure that you return the merchandise back to our showroom within 15 days of shipping. Items must be unworn, have tags still attached, and original packaging intact including any gift boxes and, or certificates of authenticity which were included.

Returned merchandise needs to be inspected upon receiving. All returns will be credited back to the original form of payment. We will request a refund with our card processor once the inspection of the jewelry is cleared. Please note, if our quality control team deems that your item is worn, we cannot process your return. In this case, we will contact you immediately.
